Equipment attracts the visitors; components carry much of the commercial value. At EXCON, the supplier halls are where sourcing managers, dealer principals and aftermarket buyers spend their working time.

Hydraulics

Pumps, motors, control valves, cylinders, hoses and fittings remain a persistent import dependency for Indian machines. Suppliers able to demonstrate validated performance, endurance testing and stable volume production have a direct route to OEM programmes.

Engines and powertrains

Emission-compliant engines bring aftertreatment systems, sensors and electronic controls. Transmissions, axles and final drives follow the same pattern: more content, more precision, more service implications.

Electronics and controls

Electronic control units, sensors, displays, harnesses and telematics hardware are among the fastest-growing categories by value per machine. They also create new aftermarket demands, including diagnostics and technician training.

Wear and replacement parts

Undercarriage, ground-engaging tools, filtration, seals and bearings move in volume and decide dealer profitability. Availability and consistency matter more than headline price.

How to work the show

Suppliers should arrive with application coverage data, quality documentation, capacity figures and realistic lead times. Buyers should use the concentration of suppliers to build second-source options rather than only to renegotiate existing ones.
